Our NOC site gives information on planned or unplanned outages on ours or our partners’ network infrastructure that may affect service.
Our Web Portal is available to customers using Cloud, Virtual Server and IT Support Services.The Portal allows you to create and monitor support tickets, please ask a staff member for a username and password if you do not already have one.
Once you have contacted our helpdesk they may ask you to give them access to your PC. When instructed please click on to the logo and our helpdesk technician will be able to access your network.
